This BODYART class includes an easy workout for people of any age and any level of training. Breathing and movement, helps to harmonize your emotional state, improve mobility and reduce stress. It is based on physical therapy, breathing techniques, and functional movements.
You feel strong, flexible, healthy, energetic and have a balanced mind and body.
Some additional - very important - information
1. Please bring your own Yoga mat if possible. We have some at CULTIBO, but not enough for everybody.
2. Please be here 15 Minutes early in order to start the class on time, to have the possibility for a quick exchange and to organize the room.
3. The class will be in English and Ukrainian. For some impressions, look at YouTube Tala Polianska.
4. The class is for free. However, if you can give some money, it will be very appreciated.
